Banana Bread

Posted by admin on

You’re new fail proof recipe.

For this recipe you will need… an oven. a pair of mixing bowls. a fork. a whisk. a set of measuring cups. a microwave safe bowl. a microwave. a bread pan. a set of oven mitts. and lastly a wire cooling rack.

Ingredients:

1 Roughly chopped dark chocolate Hersey Bar (Honestly go with whatever makes your heart happy I just love dark chocolate paired with banana)
3 very ripe browned bananas
1 beaten large egg
1/3 cup melted butter
11/2 cup all purpose flour or flour of choice (King Arthur GF Flour works great)

EXTRA BUTTER!!!

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 F.

Lightly mash your bananas using your fork in a mixing bowl.

In your microwave safe bowl melt the butter, depending on the microwave this could be give or take 15-30 seconds.

In the other mixing bowl beat the egg with a whisk.

Combine egg, butter, and the mashed bananas into one mixing bowl.

Slowly add your flour to the mixture till everything is blended.

Now taste test your chocolate one last time before adding it all the mix.

Grease your bread pan with a little extra butter. If you’ve never greased anything before a quick and easy method is to simply take a little edge of paper towel and smudge butter onto it. Now you can use this to easily spread butter around the pan.

Bake time!!!!! While the bread is baking clean up your mess you filthy animals!

After 40 Min. pull the bread out of the oven.

Leave it on the cooling rack in the pan for a couple minutes before flipping it over gently to remove the bread.

The best way to remove bread from the pan is to place your oven-mitted hands on either side (one hand touching the bread the other holding the bottom of the pan) so the bread doesn’t tumble when you flip it.

Let cool on rack for about 10 more minutes.

Enjoy with butter, jam, coffee or tea.
